Setting retailer email notifications

Keep your teams informed on the returns progress and whether they need to reject or approve return requests.

To set up retailer email notifications:

  1. In ZigZag Returns and Exchanges App navigation bar, go to Return Portal Settings > Email Editors.

2. On the Email Editors page, go to the the Retailer email notifications section.

3. In the Retailer email address input field, enter your preferred email address.

Note: If you don't set your email address, we will use your Shopify store owner email address.

4. Click the Save button to apply the changes.
