Setting customer 'reply to' email

When your customers reply to email notifications, we direct them straight to your preferred contact email address

To set your customer 'reply to' email:

  1. In ZigZag Returns and Exchanges App navigation bar, go to Returns Portal Settings > Email Editors.

2. On the Email editors page, scroll down to the Customer 'reply to' email section.

3. In the Customer 'reply to' email input field, enter your preferred email address.

Note: If you don't set an email address, we will use your Shopify store owner email address.

4. Click the Save button to apply the changes.
