We understand that not all retailers will be able to use our automated return labels so we have a feature where you can upload your own return labels.
To upload your own return labels:
Go to Return Portal Settings > Carrier and Labels
On the Carrier & Labels page scroll down to the Upload your own return labels section and enable the Enable uploading own return labels after return request approval option.
Go to Manage returns and select Send own return label
Note: You have to approve your return before you see this option
The following pop-up window will appear
Attach your own return label and select the Send email button.
Note: Selecting send email will send your own return label as an email attachment, using the email template Send own return label email.
You can personalize the content of of this email via the Notifications page.
