Orders number are not being recognized

The app can detect the order number along with the email address/contact number provided by the customers while purchasing the item.

The order numbers won't be recognized if the email or contact address are manually added to the orders.

To view the customer's order details:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Manage returns.

  2. Click the order number and the details of the order are displayed.
