To send out personalised emails from within the app.
In ZigZag Returns and Exchanges App, go to Manage returns and find the return request regarding which you want to send an email to a customer.
On the specific Return request # page, scroll down to the bottom and click the Draft email button. A pop-up dialog appears where you can write your personalised email.
