There are 8 different automated emails that you can send to your customers. They can be switched on or off according to your preference.
We have provided some generic text for your emails that you can edit as you like.
To update email text:
In ZigZag Returns and Exchanges navigation bar, go to Settings > Email notifications.
On the Email notifications page, scroll down to the Customer email notifications section.
In the Email content editor on the right, update the text as you would like.
Click the Save button to apply the changes.
Note: You can use the variables on the left side of the page, eg. {{customer_name}} to further personalise your notifications. This way you don't have to manually type the values, as they will be populated with the customer's details when the email is sent.
