The return portal is designed to automatically match your theme including fonts, colors and logos.
You can also edit the text your customers see on the customer-facing returns portal.
To customize your returns portal:
Go to ZigZag Returns and Exchanges application.
In the navigation bar, under Return Portal Settings, choose Portal set up.
Scroll down to find the area(s) you would like to update.
To save the changes, click the Save button.
The customer-facing area will be edited. See the text below where order details are entered.
Your return portal theme can also be customised. To do this, go to Portal set up > Legacy returns center.
